We actively maintain the website and will remove and add listings as they are rented and/or become available. All leases are one year minimum unless otherwise stated.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated.
Application/Credit Fee of $40 per person.
*Pets upon owner's approval, unless otherwise stated as none allowed. ERA Simmons Policy is no pit-bulls/pit-bull mixes allowed on properties. There will be a one time, non-refundable "pet fee" of $250 per approved pet.
