We actively maintain the website and will remove and add listings as they are rented and/or become available. The majority of our listings are located in Alamogordo, though we do have some in the surrounding areas as well. Listings in these areas will be noted as such.

Application/Credit Fee of $40 per person.

*Pets upon owner's approval, unless otherwise stated as none allowed. ERA Simmons Policy is no pit-bulls/pit-bull mixes allowed on properties. There will be a one time, non-refundable "pet fee" of $250 per approved pet.

Water is paid in the studios and one bedrooms however the two bedroom the tenant is responsible for all utilities These units are a must see and with studios one bedrooms and a two bedroom avaliable we have something for everyone!
